Mollusks is common parlance for molloscum contagiosum, a sexually transmitted viral infection that produces small blisters initially resembling genital warts. It was rumored that Melindhra gave this disease to Overlord_45, but this was later proven false. Melindhra and TYGA claimed he could have contracted it from sitting next to someone, because they are whores and not doctors.
