The title of this article is incorrect due to technical limitations. The correct title is #emptv.

#emptv is the IRC channel of EMPTV. It started in 2004 on LCIRC when EMPTV began, but soon moved to LuniticFringe. In early 2005 it moved to ZiRC after Sinner repeatedly unbanned DORK, a known mole. In July of 2007, it moved to irc.damaged.net after ZiRC collapsed due to drama. A decoy channel exists on Rizon.
