Winner of the 5th Annual Harry Potter Lookalike contest

ZIO4 (also known as hOIZ) is an Australian who, wouldn't you know it, is just as retarded as every other person to hatch on that God-forsaken wasteland. He was a former ABS Forums moderator, specifically tasked with the Chit-Chat section. By all accounts, he did a pretty shitty job, because he's Australian and that's just what they do (fuck up). He looks a lot like Harry Potter.
