Booters (real name Jacob Newell), formerly known as booterpalooza.tk, holds the record for having possibly the dumbest name ever, beating even ***~Mel~***. When he first joined the ABS Forums, he used his name to advertise his .tk site.
Despite having a personality that repulses normal humans, he has attracted a cult following of miscellaneous mindless idiots via noob adoption, effectively creating his very own "zombie army". He herded them into an InvisionFree forum, appropriately named Zombie Army Forums. AB banned him from ABS because he was afraid Booters and his group were too great in numbers and posed a threat to the forums. This fear turned out to be justified, as everyone in Booters' circle jerk gang voted for him in any Image and Graphics poll and they once DDoSed the forum server. After Booters was banned from the forums, they spammed threads and posts on several occasions.
Despite the fact many ABS members take him very seriously, there's nothing special about him at all. He lacks the ability to carry out any sophisticated attacks, and often can't even keep his own IP address hidden. He's not funny no matter how hard he tries, which is why he has to copy articles from Maddox on his Xanga blog and steal Flash files to use on zombiearmyhq.com. He justified his plagiarism by saying everyone does it.
As a resident of Conway, Arkansas and a user of the Conway Corporation's cable internet service, he can be blocked from websites by banning 24.144.0.0 - 24.144.63.255 (24.144.0.0/18) and the Arkansas Public School Computer Network at 170.211.*.* (170.211.0.0/16). He sometimes uses web proxies to evade bans, which can be thwarted by testing whether the client has port 80 open. If he really screws things up, which he probably will, you can complain to his ISP at wifi@conwaycorp.net about abuse in violation of their acceptable use policy from Jacob Newell at 24.144.22.68 and 24.144.23.110.
In December of 2006, the police were sent to his house because of his spamming activities. His parents subsequently grounded him from the internet for a year. This punishment, of course, didn't actually last an entire year.
