Bishop and Sinner may be IRC soulmates. Bishop originally used the nick Lord_Midnight back in 2000, then later became CFBishop (which is believed to have been adapted from a character in a Jeffery Deaver novel entitled The Blue Nowhere named Frank Bishop), and now he flits between Bishop and Bish-X. He also used to go by Shadow137. The name Alys holds some significance with him, because he has used it consistently to name his IRC bot whenever he's had a chance to run one.

Bishop takes the internet extremely seriously and will ban people for pointing out flaws in arguments he makes, for poking fun at friends of his, or for any other reason he feels like. Luckily, Axel or SourceX can usually be counted on to fix his abuses and mistakes. Sadly, Bishop gave LCIRC its name, so he can't ever be removed or have his power curbed. He also occasionally makes extravagant, unprovable claims such as having had sex with a stripper for a day straight, and keeping a Windows 95 computer on for six consecutive months without a reboot. He could not keep a job at the MSN division of Microsoft.
